All registered data is used exclusively for purposes of donations and for communication about the association's programs, workshops, campaigns, events, and actions.

What data do we collect?

The types of data vary according to the purpose for which they were collected, such as, for example, registration to make a one-off and/or recurring donation or registration confirming receipt of a newsletter, but, in general, we can capture the following data: full name, ID, CPF, email, telephone, address, photo, date of birth and bank or payment details (e.g.: credit card).

How do we use data?

Some of the main ways we use data are to identify the holder who makes one-off and/or recurring donations or who receives the newsletter, to inform about programs, workshops, campaigns, events and actions or their partners and eventually to comply with legal obligations or court decisions.

Who do we share data with?

The Acorde Desenvolvimento Association, in partnership with Doare and Doação Solutions, does not transfer, share or sell your data to third parties. However, in some cases we use trusted suppliers who help us provide and improve our services. In these cases, sharing occurs through a contract in which the supplier undertakes to follow the applicable legislation. If there is a need for your data to be shared with partners and suppliers, we will always request your consent.
